Reports To: Senior Vice President/CFO

Summary: Responsible to the Senior Vice President/CFO for the operating and effectiveness of areas of responsibility. To develop, implement and oversee the Facilities Department policies and procedures consistent with the Mission and Vision of Beverly Hospital in the following areas: Maintenance, Plant Operations, Grounds, and Construction Projects.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Minimum five (5) years experience managing similar responsibilities in the Healthcare Field, hospital experience preferred. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
