Director of Prosser Primary Care & Women's Health Clinics - FT, Exempt

Job Summary:

The Clinic Director is accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic through continuous improvement of processes, outcomes and personnel. The Clinic Director, in conjunction with the Director of

Clinic Operations, plans organizes directs and controls all clinic and facilitates management activities to achieve established goals and objectives of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient operation and delivery

of patient care. Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Knowledge of clinic operations with at least

five years of clinic management experience. Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience preferably in a union environment. Effective knowledge of computers, systems and software, including word

processing, spreadsheet, data base, clinical information systems, electronic medical records, EPIC experience preferred, billing systems, and other application packages to perform all required responsibilities. The

ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians is essential.
