Director of Quality

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Quality Management Director has the responsibility and the authority for establishing, maintaining, implementing, and evaluating an interdisciplinary hospital-wide Quality Management System to promote ongoing assessment of patient outcomes and patient care delivery systems according to established standards with a focus on compliance to these standards.

1. Current licensure in Texas as Registered Nurse.
2. Experience in health care delivery systems with focus on performance improvement and related functions. Previous management experience required.
3. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
4. Previous leadership experience preferred.
