Ware looking for a goal oriented Director of Sales and Business Development. If you excel at building relationships and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading leisure and group sales activities, both in-resort & in-market to generate rental revenue
• Management of travel trade accounts and relationships
• Attracting and securing new inventory through relationship sales efforts with perspective owners and local business partners

Location: Snowmass, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $85,000/ year + incentives

• Five plus years international/domestic hospitality sales experience with focus on vacation rental sales
• Excellent working knowledge of mountain travel industry
• Extensive leadership skills and business acumen required
• Must be self motivated, goal oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional sales skills with proven ability to win business
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines while being agile in a fast-paced environment
