Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values.
• Lead and inspire a team of customer experience professionals, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and remove friction points in the customer journey.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer experience initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for personalization and customization of services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to ensure that all employees understand and prioritize the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excel
