We're looking for a DYNAMIC DIRECTOR of Women's Services to join our team!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Director is accountable for the delivery of high-quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the nursing units on a 24-hour basis. Maintains and improves the level of patient care and the standards of care in assigned units, while ensuring high standard of customer service. Ensures compliance standards, practices, and regulatory requirements by all nursing personnel. Manages all employees on assigned unit to include interviewing, selecting, training, evaluating and problem solving.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Associate Degree in Nursing required, Advanced Degree preferred.
  2. Registration and current RN license in state of Texas and NCC certification.
  3. Previous Supervisory experience in nursing administration
  4. Nursing management and/or personnel administration courses preferred.
  5. Leadership, mathematical and computer skills required.
