This leader directs and oversees development and implementation of employee-focused change management strategies, meant to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business results through thoughtful use of employee resources. Supports the Office of the CIO, as well as other facets of the IT Department, by managing internal and external IT communications in coordination with Corporate Communications Department "One-Voice" strategy

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • Change Management Certification preferred.
  • 10+ years organizational change management experience with a focus on technology, preferred
  • 5+ years of change management leadership experience on large scale technology projects with complex scope
  • 4+ years Project Management
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Kotter Change Management or Prosci certification, preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience producing organizational-wide communications and communications strategies
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
  • Excellent research, interpretive, writing, editing, proofreading, presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Solid skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Demonstrated client relationship skills working in a dynamic environment
  • Experience leading communication activities for organizational IT initiatives, preferred
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and agile project management, preferred
  • 3+ years of direct experience in health care change management or project management, preferred
