Dispatch Manager

The incumbent in this position is responsible for directing and leading the work of the Tank Wagon and Transport Dispatchers for the Seminole Petroleum. The individual directs activities related to dispatching, routing, or tracking transport/tank wagon drivers and vehicles. The individual manages the dispatchers as well as the production goals of the field personnel. The position performs a variety of complicated tasks and is ultimately responsible for driving the work in the field through a force dispatch process. Associates Degree is required. A minimum of five (5) years dispatch experience in the use of computer dispatch monitoring software, two-way radio, dispatch operations, and emergency operations, including response, including two (2) years of supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. A valid Florida driver's license is required. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to drive and travel nationally, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays are requirements for this job.
