Qualifications

*Willingness and ability to relocate anywhere within the division to an assigned district as determined by the Divisional Vice President*
3+ years of multi-unit operations experience in one or more of the following: retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or other customer service operation with responsibility for operating 5+ stores. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Bachelors degree preferred.

  • You grow a portfolio of successful stores by executing district-level strategies specific to each stores unique strengths and opportunities.

Essential Duties
  • Manages rental rates, discounts, Customer Protection Plan and other income sources.

  • Delivers the highest R.O.I. for each store by diligently handling controllable expenses.

  • Audits stores on a semi-annual basis, prepares reports and ensures follow up on any necessary action.

  • Analyzes and ensures integrity of financial reports / P&L; addresses trends and issues in district to drive positive results.

  • Accesses external resources to support district-wide operations and to execute district and regional initiatives such as human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, and marketing.
