About this Position:
Albion Staffing Solutions is in need of Domestic Transportation Coordinator to work at a company located in the Doral, FL area. Coordinate domestics shipments and related activities. The person has to be flexible to work after 5 pm especially on Fridays

Duties:

• Plan delivery routes.
• Dispatch drivers to complete deliveries.
• Booking, BOLs, costing, billing, filing, coordination, quoting, tracking and customer service.
• Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.
• Plan and optimize domestic shipment routes.
• Coordinate with trucking agents and vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed shipment files.
• Monitor shipments and keep all parties informed of the shipment status at all times.
• Prepare rate quotations when necessary.

Education & Work Experience Requirements / Skills

• Associates degree, vocational training in a related field or a minimum of two years of college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of transportation experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
• Languages: English, Spanish.

Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facilities in Doral, FL.
