How this role supports our mission:
The E-Commerce Assistant Manager assists in the day-to-day store operations of a multi-product E-Collectibles area. Ensures performance of all functions necessary to manage and operate a Goodwill E-Collectibles area as they pertain to collectible items for sale through Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona online store.

Special requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Two years retail experience in a leadership role
One year supervisory experience

Assist the E-Commerce Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the ECollectibles area.
Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline employees within the framework of Goodwill policies and procedures
Review monthly store revenue & expenses; operate store/above goal.
Provide prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous service to donors and customers.
Ensure store security (i.e. relating to theft, pilferage, handling of deposits, access to facilities, etc.) is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
Prepare weekly schedules, break schedules, and daily to do lists or delegates the task to an appropriate team member.
Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing through monthly comparative shopping of competitors (i.e. retail, consignment, second-hand thrift), and review industry periodicals.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow written and verbal instruction.
Possess current AZ drivers license, and personal transportation with proof of auto insurance.
