About this opportunity:

Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for E-Commerce Specialist for a company located in Miami Lakes, FL. Busy online retailer/wholesaler in need of an experienced vendor accounts billing superstar skilled with Excel (merges, v-look-ups, pivot tables). Details include purchase order management, invoicing, vendor correspondence, and coordinating product returns for credit. Ability to multi-task and critical attention to detail a must. Additional tasks may include processing customer returns and delivering first class customer service. Candidates experienced with basic accounting skills, inventory management software and e-commerce platforms including eBay and Amazon (FBA) environments are preferred.

Requirements:

• Extreme attention to detail
• Punctuality, ability to multi-task/prioritize/manage time effectively
• Ability to follow directions
• Strong command of English, grammar and punctuation
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management software
• Excel, Google Sheets
• Customer focused

Preferred Skills:

• Previous Accounts payable and billing experience
• Experience with inventory management software
• Experience generating/processing customer returns
• Previous fulfillment experience in an e-commerce environment
