Contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served. Provides highquality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan,concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual,family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current withColorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.
Hours typically 9-5 Mon-Friday but they can vary. (ex: some nights required). Position will also require "on-call" work with the clinical staff.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Two years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatientsettingCompetence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning. Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.EAP knowledge and experience, preferred
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
Current Colorado State License in one of the following disciplines: Clinical Psychologist (PSY), Licensed ClinicalSocial Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist(LMFT)
BLS For St. Anthony North Hospital and St. Anthony Hospital only: Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
