MORSCO is looking for a customer-focused and organized team player to support the Epicor Eclipse ERP system. This position manages and responds to Eclipse related field and customer support issues. This position will also support printer related and other Eclipse specific hardware issues and requests. Communicating with all relevant parties through closure of the issues is paramount for this role. The right candidate relies on their experience, expertise and judgment to investigate issues and determine the proper path to closure. Related responsibilities also include testing, documenting requirements, managing the online help center requests, and creating / updating training materials.Job Expectations
