POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you interested in joining an innovative team that serves in a critical role for the Arizona Judiciary? The Court Services Division is seeking an individual with demonstrated expertise in analysis of court operations.

This position will lead or participate in a wide range of complex projects that involve planning, researching and analyzing court management, data, as well as technical and business practices to ensure the effective and secure integration with eCourt initiatives. This includes researching and creating policy, maintaining business and technical documentation to support eCourt initiatives.

This position is also responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements related to eCourt initiatives, developing and executing test plans for automation changes and script updates. Developing and facilitating meetings held between courts and other agencies to negotiate business and technical solutions which satisfy stakeholders with divergent approaches to business processes which impact eCourt initiatives. Additionally, this position analyzes court management and operations, identifies problems and develops strategies for re-engineering business and technical practices to ensure eCourt initiatives are implemented in a manner that ensures compliance with all applicable rules and statutes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a Bachelors degree and seven years in court administration and operations with experience managing complex court related projects. Demonstrated experience in analysis of court operations or court management which included evaluation, documentation and making recommendations for improvement. Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience in organizing and prioritizing workload and managing multiple projects simultaneously, expert knowledge of management and planning principles, methods and techniques, and the ability to work effectively with judges, court staff and the public. This position also requires experience in problem solving, including the ability to focus on the specific elements of a problem while maintaining a broader perspective of the needs of the court system in its entirety, the ability to use initiative and independent judgment, as well as the ability to understand and interpret legislation/statutes, rules, administrative orders and policies and procedures.

The preferred candidate will be a graduate of the NCSCs Certified Court Executive (CCE), ICM Fellowship, or Certified Court Manger Program (CCM), and have operational knowledge of superior, justice and municipal court procedures and operations.

Travel level: up to 25%
