Position Summary

The College of Nursing is seeking a personable, detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills to become a part of our Administration team. The College of Nursing has five degree programs offering 12 academic concentrations, maintains several academic calendars, and has a growing faculty and student body. This key position is integral to the success of the Colleges academic programs.

The Education Support Coordinator is responsible for entering, maintaining, and editing of course schedules and related faculty and student data within the Universitys Banner system. This individual is also responsible for coordination of academic space and facilities usage.

This position will support the Colleges Director of Strategic and Enrollment Services in the collection and entry of data as well as the development and refinement of various reports for internal and external constituents. The chosen candidate will serve as a liaison to the University and HSC Registrars Offices as well as other individuals across campus. This person will be responsible for coordinating the administrative components of College of Nursings curricular development and implementation processes. The Education Support Coordinator will work closely with College Leadership and Administrators to create and maintain the College of Nursings academic calendars.

Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be able to manage multiple deadlines/demands while ensuring high-quality results.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
