    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Currently employed highly qualified certified teacher
    • Administrative experience and/or certification preferred
    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
    1. Facilitate communication between District Summer School Coordinator, on-site administration, and summer school staff as needed
    2. Respond to parent questions and concerns
    3. Oversee the planning and organization of summer school curriculum
    4. Organize and compile pre and post assessments of students
    5. Maintain student rosters and attendance
    6. Monitor and implement campus safety policies and procedures
    7. Manage student discipline
    8. Maintain and organize supply inventory
    9. Assist in the hiring of summer school teachers
    10. Supervise summer school teachers on site
    11. Perform other duties as assigned

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands and arms, stand, bend or stoop. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

    COMPENSATION: $30 per hour
    BENEFITS: As per District policy
    REPORTS TO: Coordinator of State and Federal Programs
    EVALUATION: At the completion of the program
    HOURS: 32 hours per week
    CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
