About this opportunity:

Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for a Employee Relations Specialist to work at a company located in the Kendall, FL area. Will manage all initiatives related to Employee relations and investigation process. Additionally will be responsible for managing employees leave of absence, medical, FMLA, Military, COVID related issues, personal time off, workers compensation and ADA

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Deep understanding of related labor laws
• Strong ability to relate and influence others
• Strong follow up and multi-tasking
• Coaching skills, able to deal with different type of personalities
• Knowledge of Benefits

This position requires someone that does not mind handling tedious related paperwork but also have the ability to deal and manage difficult situations such as investigating Workers Compensation fraud. This position is more administrative; however there is potential for growth

• Bachelors in Human Resources or related field preferred
• At least 3 years experience in Human Resources, knowledge of labor laws and benefits
• Bilingual English/Spanish
