We're currently seeking two skilled Engineer Technicians III to play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing all building systems and equipment, including those within units and commercial spaces. As an Engineer III , you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of our state-of-the-art facilities and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address work orders from guests, owners, and staff. Ensure all facilities and operational systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Assist in executing preventative maintenance across units, common areas, and commercial spaces. Conduct daily rounds to inspect boilers, pools, common areas, fire systems, and more.
- Collaborate with Tech II, Tech I, and external contractors for necessary improvements and maintenance.
- Maintain meticulous records of work activities and associated materials.
- Perform room and common area maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacements, appliance repairs, HVAC maintenance, painting, AV troubleshooting, furniture repairs, and plumbing fixes.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in the workshop and storerooms, ensuring tools are properly stored. Report parts and stock status to the Engineering Director.
- Monitor the radio and work order system, promptly addressing any issues within 15 minutes.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $26-32/hour depending on experience; $2,000 Sign on Bonus (half paid after 3 months and second half after 6 months)
Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts/week; flexible: Thursday through Sunday or Friday through Monday! From 8am to 6:30pm
- Applicants should possess solid expertise in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory.
- Ideally, candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience.
- A dedicated work ethic and positive demeanor are essential.
- Ability to excel independently and collaborate effectively within a team setting is required.
