Leads the work and deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns for Aetna Voluntary plan sponsors. Supports initial enrollment and ongoing enrollment communication needs, as well as works on special projects throughout the year. Works cross-functionally with sales, implementation and account management constituents, and externally with human resources and consultants.
Required Qualifications
Proven marketing and project management experience. Proven communication skills, including writing, presentation and negotiation skills. Proven track record in meeting project milestones. BS/BA or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of experience related to marketing communications, enrollment technology, customer service and processes, including project consultation preferred.
