This program is a 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 31st, 2023 and will end on August 11th, 2023.

Locations: IL-Buffalo Grove; TX-Richardson; AZ-Scottsdale, or Remote

This program has positions available at multiple work office locations across the country. About this business area:
The Platform Innovation team collaborates with internal project partners across sales, marketing, credit, legal, finance, compliance, operations and executive management to translate business needs into an effective product strategy.

You will work on:

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 33.65

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* Meet educational requirements (see education section)

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Internship or work experience in related field such as business or healthcare
* Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
* 1+ years professional experience as a Project Manager, Software Developer, Business Analyst, UX/Product Designer, or Product Manager role
* Experience with Extreme Programming (XP) or Scrum
* Experience with Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Education
* You should currently be pursuing an MBA, MS Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), MS Product Management, or similar post-graduate degree.
* Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2023 and August 2024
