Entry Level Sales and Team Leads

$15-25/hour average from base, lucrative commission structure and bonus

We offer a lucrative performance-based compensation plan which includes base pay plus commission and weekly + monthly bonuses.

The candidates chosen for this position will speak directly with prospective clients in communities located in and around the Greater-Albuquerque area and surrounding cities. They will engage in meaningful conversation with homeowners, generate interest in our products and schedule appointments to meet with a Project Consultant and discuss their window and patio door replacement. There is no selling, simply setting free home inspections with one of our designers for the homeowner.
