Facility Maintenance

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently seeking dedicated candidates with mechanical experience. Candidates with prior knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, HVAC, and electrical wiring are required for this role. Knowledge of building codes and plumbing codes is preferred as well.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of machines and components
- Utilize power tools for disassembly and reassembly tasks

- Process water systems and exhaust blowers

- Perform testing and lock out tag out instructions
- Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to all client policies and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

-Follow safety codes and other required codes designated to your area.

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Experience in PLC's, LOTO, HVAC, & CDA
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills

-Relevant Certifications are a plus but not required
- Familiarity with general maintenance requirements
- Bilingualism is a plus but not required

- Excel experience
