BEST Crowd Management is searching for professional, service-focused individuals for Event Security positions for the most exciting events at T-Mobile Area, and Caesars and MGM properties!

Position Overview:

• This position is the front line ambassador some of the most exciting events on the Vegas strip
• Create a premier experience for guests our venues and events
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
• Support guests with wayfinding through the facility
• Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, entertainers and other individuals associated with the events
• Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Basic Qualifications:

• Consent to background check and drug screen
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal
• You currently possess or are willing to obtain a security license
• Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
