BEST Crowd Management, a GardaWorld Company, is searching for professional, service-focused individuals for Ushers and Ticket Taker positions for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pitt Panthers at Acrisure Stadium.

Position Overview:

• This position is the front line ambassador to Acrisure Stadium and the Pittsburgh Steelers & Pitt Panthers
• Create a premier experience for guests
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
• Support guests with wayfinding through the facility
• Ensure a family-friendly environment in all areas of the Stadium
• Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Required Qualifications:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong, clear communication skills
• Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• You have the ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Consent to background check and drug screen
