Position Overview:

• This position is the front line ambassador to the Texas A&M Aggies, Kyle Field, Reed Arena and Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park
• Create a premier experience for guests
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
• Support guests with wayfinding through the facility
• Ensure a family-friendly environment
• Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, and other individuals associated with the event
• Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Basic Qualifications:

• Consent to background check and drug screen
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong, clear communication skills
• Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• You have the ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• You currently possess or are willing to obtain a security license through TOPS - company assisted
