JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue & Debt Collection Team Lead (Eviction) is a member of the Accounting department and is responsible for the management of the eviction process for assigned markets within the portfolio.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist with and review audits for demand / eviction process to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with and review filings for evictions for accuracy ensure compliance with state statutes
  • Monitor progress of eviction and timeline to completion of eviction ensure compliance with state statutes
  • Work closely with local eviction attorneys monitor changes in state statutes to ensure compliance by the eviction department
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on status of evictions
  • Review status of delinquency and compile list of homes to obtain RAP offers
  • Provide weekly reporting on RAP program
  • Assist with resident/attorney escalations provide great customer service to residents even in difficult situations
  • Review Exception Smartsheet for completion and accuracy
  • Approve credit requests as needed
  • Approve eviction invoices as needed
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting of BKs
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing Guidelines
  • Assist with special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School degree required; Associates degree preferred
  • Five or more years of previous property management experience in either the single family or multi-family rental industry preferably in a supervisory position.
  • Possesses organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment
  • Able to work flexibly and productively in a fast changing, growth company
  • Computer literacy, ability to comfortably navigate new technology and competency in MS Office suite a must
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Salesforce and Noble preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, growth environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with team, peers, customers and management
  • Works independently with little supervision
  • Honest, ethical and able to maintain confidentiality in a business setting when necessary and required
