MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Arizona Special Education Certificate K-12 - CCS with Math Approved Area
OR
Arizona Special Education Certificate K-12 - Mild-Moderate with Math Approved Area
Arizona Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle Grades OR Secondary Certificate WITH Mild-Moderate Special Education Endorsement, PreK-12 with Math Approved Area
OR
Arizona Special Education Hearing Impaired, Visually Impaired, Early Childhood Special Education OR Moderate/Severe Disabilities WITH Mild-Moderate Special Education Endorsement, PreK-12 AND Math Approved Area
Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated success in engaging African American and Latino students
Bilingual (Spanish) endorsement

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

LOCATION: Catalina High School - Pima $ Dodge Area
FTE : 1.0 - 7.5 hours per day
Work Calendar: 9.5 month

This will be a Co-Teaching position

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language. For more information on salary schedule, please reference the Employee Agreements Webpage.

New Teachers to the District may be eligible for a one-time recruitment stipend (up to $5,000) if hired into one of the following positions: Ex Ed, Math, Science.

Probationary Contracts will be issued for any contingent Certifications, Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less, and certified employees within their first three years with the District.
