Job Description
This role is responsible for:
1. Oversight/reporting of regulatory requirements for NCQA Accreditation, state requirements, etc. to include HEDIS reporting and HEDIS data roadmap/strategy
2. Guide the capital investment roadmap of the HEDIS engine (QME) modification to report ECDS measures required for reporting in 2025
3. Lead and/or collaborate with the appropriate business unit on Medicaid Value Based Solution reporting
4. Expand to include some aspects of the Medical Economics Unit as related to clinical services reporting
5. Manage vendor reporting, strategy, and evaluations including ROI, etc. CESI
6. Ad hoc reporting needs to support CESI operational excellence/performance improvement and strategy

Required Qualifications
Candidate can work from any US state and work remotely.
* 15+ years financial management experience, including strategic and business planning, accounting, and financial analysis
* Experience supporting a P&L
* Extensive experience in healthcare, managed care insurance or financial services

Preferred Qualifications
HEDIS/NCQA/CMS Regulations

Education
Masters Degree in Business or Management MBA/FSA/CPA preferred
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science or similar disciplines generally required
