EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DE&I
Albuquerque, NM
As the Executive Director, you will direct the advancement of the Hospital diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy by setting the strategic direction, and recommend, develop, implement and manage the aspects of the DEI strategy. You will coordinate and integrate DEI strategy throughout the hospitals, direct the development, implementation, and management of the UNMH employee satisfaction and recognition programs, and develop reports, track trends and develop cultural competence and other training and outreach for various external and internal groups. In addition, you will represent the organization at various events, and uphold and consistently represent the values and mission of UNM Hospital.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, Master’s preferred
- 5 years directly related experience
