Job Description
We are increasing our staffing to allow us to increase our ability to care for more residents in our Skilled Extended Care. Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem LPN positions are available for a skilled-nursing facility. Responsible for managing the clinical needs of those residing at Extended Care. Duties include but not limited to performing duties according to the nursing process. Providing medications and treatments involved in assessing and development of care plans, working with families and other providers, direct the day-to-day duties of the CNA's. Requires leadership skills, the ability to work well with others, flexibility for duties and scheduling which includes weekends. Current LPN License or the ability to obtain one is required for this position. Sidney Health Center offers competitive wages and benefits.
