Were hiring a Facilities Assistant for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Facilities Assistant
- Location: SW Houston
- Pay: $14 per hour
- Hours: Mon-Sun ranges from 5am 11pm depending on scheduled events
- Duration: Temp-Hire
- Description of Duties: Assist the facility director with maintaining system components like HVAC, building maintenance. Preparing meeting spaces for scheduled events, janitorial and minimal landscaping duties as required. Following up with tenants and clients regarding work order tickets.
- Requirements: Valid drivers license, ability to lift 50 lbs, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to use small hand tools, moving equipment, computers, and/or mobile devices. Minimum 2 years warehouse experience preferred
