Job Purpose:

Responsible for performing advanced maintenance duties as assigned at all AllHealth Network facilities.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Perform a diverse range of maintenance duties to repair, maintain and ensure safe operation of AllHealth Networks vehicles, equipment, and facilities
  • Respond promptly to assigned maintenance requests: diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on vehicles, equipment and facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderately complex mechanical duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of a broad range of equipment.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect and promptly report faulty operations, safety hazards, or defective materials to the Facilities Coordinator
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Complete remodel work (tenant finish upgrades) as required
  • Perform miscellaneous landscaping duties and assist with snow removal as needed
  • Effectively plan and procure materials and parts for assigned projects and repair work
  • Perform an HVAC preventative maintenance program at all designated buildings
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately, legibly and within established timelines.
  • Be available for after-hours work as needed
  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
  • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • HS Diploma or GED is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in the following areas with a multi-site employer: Usage and maintenance of power equipment and power tools; Advanced building maintenance practices including but not limited to wiring, plumbing, HVAC repairs and PMs, carpentry, drywall installation, painting and other construction duties; General repair techniques and methods pertaining to building infrastructures.
  • Computer competency with email, spreadsheets and word processing documents as related to Preventative Maintenance programs and other maintenance tasks
  • Must be able to work and interact effectively with others to achieve company goals
  • Demonstrated system troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be available to respond to after-hours issues and on-call duties
  • Ability to interpret and follow written procedures and instructions

Hourly Rate: $16.83 - $21 an hour

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
