Facility Services- Mechanic (Weekend Shift)

Job Description
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following;
Perform a wide variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facility, equipment, and fixtures.
Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
Execute Preventive Maintenance programs.
Ability to maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency invertors, linear drives, and encoders.
PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic (read use for troubleshooting), components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices) and communications modules (Ethernet).
Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyors, motors, pneumatics and hydraulics, and production machines and equipment.
Required Qualifications
MUST have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance/mechanical field.
Read, comprehend, and interpret technical reference manuals and schematics
Able to work at 25' heights, operating a scissor lift and/or articulate boom lift.
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs frequently.
Have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass our required background check.
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Capable of working independently.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
Must be willing to get certified on all equipment needed to complete job task.
Must be able to work overtime during weekdays and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse mechanic experience
Knowledge of Microsoft office.
Education
High school graduate with experience or Tech school certification.
