Major/Essential Functions
The Department of Pharmacy Practice seeks a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty member within the Adult Medicine Division based on our Amarillo campus. The faculty member will practice with the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) Internal Medicine inpatient rounding services at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. The faculty member's teaching responsibilities will include didactic, laboratory, case/simulation-based, and experiential teaching within the School of Pharmacy curriculum. The faculty member will engage in scholarship and service and will be expected to train pharmacy residents.

Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a PGY1 residency in Pharmacy Practice. A PGY2 residency in Internal Medicine or other inpatient focus area, Board Certification and teaching experience are strongly preferred. Licensure or eligibility to be licensed in the state of Texas is required. The professorial rank will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
