The Colangelo College of Business (CCOB) at Grand Canyon University is currently searching for a full-time faculty member to teach courses on Supply Chain, Logistics, and Project Management. We are actively seeking applicants who can enhance the diversity of our academic community.
Please note, that this faculty position is located at our main campus in Phoenix, AZ.
What you will do:
Be engaging by preparing lectures that stimulate classroom discussions
Bring course concepts to life for undergraduate and graduate students
Network to provide internships and job placements
Continue to remain current in the field of supply chain and logistics management, and project management
Participates in faculty and CCOB meetings and College/University committee activities
Lead the supply chain and logistics and project management programming
Supports the integrity of the GCU Christian mission, faith integration & learning outcomes
What you need:
Minimum: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in Management and at least 5 years work experience in the supply chain and logistics industry and experience managing projects
Have an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
At least 5 years of post-secondary experience teaching supply chain or operations management courses
Significant (5+ years desired), documented, industry experience required
Ability and experience teaching various courses (e.g. servant leadership, business communication, organizational behavior, operations management, intro to technology) is a plus
Bonus Points:
PhD/DBA Management and 18 credits related to supply chain and logistics coursework.
