Family Practice Physician - Fountain

The Health Center at Fountain is seeking a full time, board certified physician to join their team of providers. Located in Fountain, Colorado, this center provides full spectrum family practice care to people who live and work in their community. This site is innovative, collaborative and cohesive. The position offers great quality of work/life balance with four 10-hour days, no in-patient duties and occasional telephone call backup to the after-hours triage service.

Your new team will include another physician, four advanced practice provider, two RN's, and 1 Behavioral Health provider. Together they provide a team-based approach to healthcare. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, providing a wide variety of opportunities, including process and quality improvement, mentorship, teaching and participating in research.

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in family medicine practicing in a primary care setting; able to utilize a template based EMR (NextGen); has an unrestricted Colorado license, as well as an active DEA, and is comfortable seeing all ages, and averages 20 patients per day. Must have a strong desire to make a difference in the community. Must embrace a team-oriented approach and be comfortable working with and overseeing Physician Assistants and providing collaboration with Nurse Practioners.

Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates. Compensation (Pay): $197,204.80 to $208,832 based on experience.
