We are a creative, enthusiastic, and passionate team working to help dads become the best parents they can be. Through educational workshops, support groups, case management, and community events, we’re empowering fathers to build safe, nurturing environments for their children.

Your Mission as a Fatherhood Advocate:
Teach, Inspire, and Support:
- Lead workshops, groups, and activities using the 24/7 Dad curriculum to educate fathers on parenting, ACEs, and Protective Factors.
- Host community events that engage fathers and community members.
- Empower fathers to become resilient, nurturing, and consistent role models for their children.
Collaborate and Advocate:
- Partner with community leaders to increase awareness of ACEs and market the Empowered Fathers Program.
- Identify and connect dads with community resources, mental health services, and public support.
Document and Deliver:
- Track referrals, activities, and outcomes with accuracy.
- Complete all required county and agency paperwork on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Required: Mental Health, Child Welfare, or Probation.
- Language Skills: Spanish speaking is strongly preferred.
- Reliable Transportation: You must be willing to work in the North County region (Escondido).
- Passion for Families: At least 1 year of experience working with fathers or families.
- Creative Problem Solver: You can connect with dads facing challenges like mental health issues, substance abuse, and poverty.
