Field Sales Representative (Wilmington / Philadelphia)

Job Description
This Field Sales Representative is a key position in helping the Individual Medicare team generate new, profitable membership, establishing brand presence and product awareness. The primary sales focus is representing the Medicare Advantage product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
Previous (2 years minimum) sales experience. Proven track record of career progression and sales success. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated technology literacy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health care preferred, but not required. Prior Medicare sale experience is also preferred but not required. Appropriate state licensure to sell insurance preferred but willing to assist the right candidate in acquiring their license.
Education
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
