The Finance Manager assists the Chief Financial Officer in the daily and monthly accounting functions. Prepares balance sheets, profits, and loss statements, and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organizations finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting degree preferred. Must have thorough working knowledge of managed care products, payment structures, contracts, and third party reimbursement/regulations.
