CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, is currently hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This position is responsible for the forecasting, planning, and analysis of pricing activity related to discount rates, rebates, and fees. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a finance background and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop out an improved process for tracking pricing activity and margin impact
* Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Analytics teams to explain pricing impacts and key insights
* Maintain tracking of year over year margin changes related to pricing
* Budgeting and forecasting of margin impact related to pricing
The successful candidate will have:
* Desire to promote change and drive key initiatives
* Excellent relationship management and the ability to work across business units within a complex organization
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to successfully engage with senior leaders as necessary
* Strong written and verbal communication, experience prioritizing work and communicating in a manner that is clear, logical, consistent and effective
* Experience building and facilitating presentations to various audiences

Required Qualifications
2 or more years of Finance and/or Accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Access
Experience with Tableau
Experience with SQL Server
Experience with SalesForce
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, or prescription drug industry
Education
Bachelors Degree Required
Masters Degree Preferred
