CVS Finance is embarking on a transformation journey, leading with the development of a new Finance Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) Model. We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Transformation Director to join our diverse team and guide operational delivery transformations through finance service delivery model solutions! You will report to the Senior Director of Finance Transformation and will seek standard methodologies and technologies from within CVS Health and across the external environment and industry. The Director will have a wide-spread knowledge of financial processes such as General Accounting, Consolidations, Close and Reporting and Procure-to-Pay and Revenue Cycle. You will communicate the program's vision, gain leadership agreement, and bridge the gap between delivery. This is a remote friendly role.
Responsibilities include:
Deploy a quantitative approach to understanding and clarifying problems. Develop a logical framework plan for execution.
Design, constructs, and executes analyses to understand root cause and make recommendations to the leadership team (people, process technology).
Lead the vision around the development of future-state process flow and service delivery models to ensure value realization is achieved.
Lead cross-organizational teams of internal leaders, specialists, and advisory partners, to assess finance operations and shared service organizations. Drive identification of organizational and workflow changes that align with the vision of future-state delivery models.
Lead change and improvement outcomes, including; financial and operational outcomes.
Manage communications cascade to ensure all partners are advised of decisions.
Lead projects with internal and third-party resources to expand our finance shared service capabilities.
Develop a standardized set of Portfolio Management processes, standard methodologies, techniques, and tools to ensure project manager efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
10 years of business experience in Accounting or Finance or Finance/Accounting Consulting or Finance Transformation or Global Finance Process Owner

Preferred Qualifications
Program Management
Bachelor's degree specifically in Accounting or Finance or a Master's degree
Experience in Six Sigma, Lean or other recognized project management methodologies (PMP, PMI or IPMA, CPA, CFA)

Education
Bachelor's degree required
