Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within Finance for a Fortune 5 company! Join the Pharmacy Segment Financial Planning and Analysis team and help support consolidated financial management processes through financial reporting, expense management and ad-hoc reports for monthly actuals, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting activities. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will provide direct reporting and analysis support for financial reviews and executive presentations.
You will be part of a team that significantly impacts executive leadership insights and will help to articulate the financial health of the organization. This is a highly visible role which will allow you to engage business finance leads and executives on a regular basis.
In order to be successful in this role you must possess strong technical skills with Excel and be willing to use/ learn VBA, Alteryx, Tableau. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, communicate effectively with a diverse audience, encourage teamwork and a promote a positive environment to improve team effectiveness. We're seeking someone who is resourceful and can quickly and successfully adapt to change, have an interest in building a long-term career within CVS Health Finance and be committed to our core values: integrity, accountability, collaboration, caring and innovation.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting or similar experience.
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Excel (Index, Match, VLOOKUP, etc) and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP (S4/Fiori/Analytics for Office).
- Fortune 500 or healthcare industry experience.
- Bachelors Degree within Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Technical skills with VBA, Alteryx and Tableau.
