Do you want to make a large impact in your next role? Zinc Health Services, CVS Health subsidiary, has an exciting, new opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our finance team!! The Financial and Data Analysis Advisor will provide financial analysis support using sophisticated models for the primary purpose of evaluating proposed and existing contracts across multiple clients and business platforms, analyzing various potential drug placement scenarios, assisting with accurate invoicing and contract interpretation, and providing financial target results. The result of this ongoing work will impact and generate over $20B+ in rebates annually.
You will assist with all contracting facets, including Commercial and Medical across both PBM, Health Plan and Custom Clients. In addition, this advisor will evaluate proposed and existing variables to determine the success of implemented strategies while working with the Trade Relations team to further enhance prospective initiatives and strategies. This role will also extract drug utilization data from multiple databases, complete complex financial analysis, assist with the production of monthly and quarterly reports, prepare ad-hoc projects, and create/modify PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
To be successful, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be part of a team, inspire change, and build relationships enterprise-wide. Your problem solving and analytical skills, your experience developing communications, analysis summaries and presentations, as well as your experience building and leading integrated, multifunctional teams in an agile environment will all be critical to your success
This role is based out of the Northbrook, IL or Bloomington MN, offices once we return to the office environment. We may consider a remote/work from home arrangement for a highly qualified candidate.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of financial modeling, pricing, budgeting/forecasting or analytics experience
* Experience with MS Office (Powerpoint, Access and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data mining and data manipulation
* Experience in SQL script writing and Tableau development
* Experience in documenting requirements and summarization
* Experience in the PBM industry
* Experience building and leading integrated, multi-functional teams in an agile, fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Math or Business. Equivalent years of related professional work experience in combination with years of education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
