Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Job Description
The Manager will assist in the Financial Planning and Analysis operations for bswift. The role will touch all levels of the organization and requires strong financial acumen and communication skills to help drive business results.Facilitate and manage monthly close entries and reconciliations to Budget and ForecastAssist in the development of quarterly forecasts and annual plans; Build rapport and accountability with individual P&L/cost center owners to maximize effectivenessSupport company strategic planning activitiesPerform ad hoc business plan and ROI analysis as bswift considers new products and drives for operational efficienciesBe creative problem solver within fast growing environment and have ability to adapt to change

Required Qualifications
4 or more years of related finance experience

Education
Bachelors Degree required; preferably in Accounting or Finance
