Job Description
The Transformation Senior Financial Analyst position is responsible for supporting the consolidation of financial metrics across the multi-segmented Transformation portfolio as well as managing the IT portfolio from a financial lens. The role will partner closely with business and finance teams across the enterprise, aligning on investments and benefits contributing to CVS Healths strategic plan.
The Transformation team is creating new health experiences focused on medical cost reduction, transformative consumer experiences, innovative risk products, adding value to value-based care; post-COVID needs. The team is also leading the enterprise vision and requirements for a comprehensive, enterprise, local engagement model.
Responsibilities Include:
* 5-year strategic planning including bottoms up projection of P&L and Balance Sheet
*Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for the Transformation IT portfolio
*Preparation of executive reporting packages, tracking overall portfolio performance
*Management of monthly close processes, including creating/approving journal entries, assisting in invoice processing, and providing monthly variance commentary
*Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. building models, data linking, advanced formulas)

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, P&L, and/or financial analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
*Project Management experience
*Experience with financial consolidations
*Financial systems experience in SAP S/4 Hana and Oracle Hyperion
*MBA a plus

Education
* Bachelors Degree
