Fitness Class Instructor

Athletic Club Westin is calling for an enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our premier facility, where luxury meets movement. With over 60 dynamic classes each week, including Barre, HIIT, and Circuit Training, this is your chance to inspire and energize our community. Location: The Athletic Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: On Call

Pay Rate: Starting at $28 / hour + head count commission

Successful candidates will possess strong physical fitness and be a certified Fitness Instructor, with the ability to tailor classes to meet diverse needs. They will excel in communication and motivational skills, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, members, and staff. Punctuality and preparedness are key, as they will arrive early to classes and be ready to lead. Additionally, they will support the club team by maintaining the cleanliness of facilities and assisting members and guests as needed. A team player, they will be flexible and willing to pick up additional classes when required.
