Fitness Specialist

The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for assisting Tribal members in achieving their fitness goals through safe and effective use of exercise equipment and work-out methods. High School Graduate or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of two (2) years experience as a personal trainer and/or experience in group exercise instruction is required. Certification for Personal Trainer and/or Fitness Instructor is also required. CPR certification is preferred. Possession of a valid State of Florida Driver's License is a requirement for this job. Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency computer skills utilizing Microsoft Software packages are required. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
