Quality Control Specialist Position Available in Midlothian, TX

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist with a background in inspecting food products.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 4:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: Friday and Saturday: 5:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Compensation:

$19hr, depending on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with production personnel to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment before startup.
Select products for testing at specified stages in the production process and test for qualities such as moisture, pH, organoleptic attributes, etc.
Record test data and apply statistical quality control procedures.
Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
Cross-train in other departments.
Oversee Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and report any infractions.

Requirements:

At least one year of relevant experience in a food inspecting position.
Bilingual skills are a plus!
