CVS Health is Fortune 5 Company and we are looking for individuals to make an impact! We are currently seeking a Formulary Management Consultant - Medicare Part D. The Consultant performs a critical role in the management of the Medicare Part D formulary. Key functions include Health Plan Management System (HPMS) formulary file management, performing client-specific reporting, utilizing formulary analysis tools, monitoring adjudication changes, and providing other formulary related support for Medicare Part D formularies. The individual will work closely with the clinical team in the development and maintenance of both standard and modified Med D formularies. Position will adhere to strict Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) deadlines and quality measures.

In order to be a successful candidates you must be able to build/maintain formularies and drug lists in formulary management system, create formulary submission files to Medicare, perform advanced formulary analysis and reporting, provide expertise in formulary management system and prescription drug data and utilize the entire MS suite.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within Formulary Management, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Medicare Part D.
- 1+ years of Data/ Analytics experience using Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with RxClaim.

Education
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
